Meet Ben & Gail Andrews

The husband and wife team of Ben and Gail Andrews are proud to carry on a legacy that started over 40 years ago. Established in 1976, the Tetsa River Lodge and Campsite is now run by this its 3rd generation of Andrews owners.

It's hard to find a stretch of road more scenically appeasing than that of the Alaska Highway. With Tetsa River Lodge being situated at Mile 375 in the foothills of the Rockies, it really is the epitome of what one looks for in an Alaska Highway experience.

Ben Andrews says that it was his destiny to be part of the Tetsa River Services and says the best part of owning a small town business is knowing the people around him including all the other patrons in town.

Self-employment has gifted Ben the freedom to do the things he wants, when he wants and he is happy to be part of business community in Fort Nelson. “It makes me feel all warm and fuzzy.”
